Cancel Subscription Plan

I no longer wish to receive my monthly subscription of Covid-19 Home Tests Kits. I understand that I must give at least 5 business days notice prior to the next delivery date to stop the next scheduled shipment. All shipments thereafter will be effectively cancelled. I understand that I can resume my subscription at any time by calling (844) 636-4233.

This option will cancel the order completely. If you wish to only cancel your subscription and not the entire order, do not select this option. Instead, select only the checkbox above. By selecting this option, we will delete your order and purge all private health information from our systems. If you wish to order again, you will have to place another order on the website or call (844) 636-4233.
